Lance hooks solid redfish in Hernando's productive fall waters!
Lance and I headed out this fall morning with partly cloudy skies and some rain scattered throughout the day. The Southwest Florida Water Management District waters around Hernando were running well despite the weather conditions. We launched with Salty Day Fishing Charters ready to put some lines in the water.
We focused on bottom fishing, spinner fishing, and live bait fishing techniques during our half day morning trip. Lance managed to hook into some solid redfish using these methods. The Hernando area waters fish well with these approaches since the structure and current flow work perfectly for bottom presentations and live bait setups. We wrapped up the morning run with good action and plenty of fish stories to share.
